Daves first hit pick: Radio - The Dolly Dots.
Other than presenting the morning programme 'Thro 'til One
Dave may
well be remembered for his Saturday night show 'Saturday
Night In'
between 9.00pm and 1.00am.
In the first two hours Dave interviewed a guest however,
some of the
interesting things Dave also included in the programme was
his
'selection' of the music including:
C'est Sheep and
The Disco Sound of Music
Moving on, the next memorable thing on the programme was
the
quiz 'Six of the Best' a rolling phone-in competition where
people
had to answer all six questions to win the coveted prize
of six
pounds worth of book or record tokens - easy?

Presenting
47 minutes of pure nostalgia here's edited highlights
from the Six of the Best competition broadcast on
22nd of November 1980.
The programme had an amazing following and got very silly
one of
the antics included building a rabbit hutch for two toy rabbits,
have you still got Hertford and Marcia (and later Arthur)
Dave?
